Upon receiving your appointment request, our team will send a welcome message with all the details for a seamless first visit. Your stylist will greet you and conduct a consultation to plan not just your initial visit but a long-term strategy to achieve your goals.

During your appointment

After your first 15-minute consultation, your subsequent appointments with us will be just as seamless. For color services, enjoy a custom-blended formula recorded in our system for consistency. Relax with our amenities as your color processes. Your stylist will craft a tailored cut, share styling tips, and offer extended lessons. We'll conclude with at-home care recommendations and schedule your next appointment, following up to ensure your satisfaction. We can't wait to see you again!

• A photo of your current hair in indirect natural sunlight (outside in shade or by a window).

• If you are wanting to book a color appointment, provide the last three years of color services you’ve had done to your hair (at home or professional).
